Having owned two homes with septic systems, we have had more than our share of dealing with local septic repair companies who sell themselves as "the best" in the business . We encountered and issue last night that left us unable to shower, do dishes or flush toilets. By chance and luck ,this morning we were connected with Jason. Despite the pouring rain and cold temperatures, he came out with in two hours and repaired a simple problem. The timer was not working. He quickly repaired it and gave us several useful tips to help the water drain better. With a price that is unbeatable.!!!This was simply the most pleasant service call I have ever encountered. He is very kind and honest and makes you feel he just wants to be helpful. I will not use anyone else from this point on when there is any issue. Thank you Jason for your prompt, honest and kind service. You have no idea how much it is appreciated!

They found our third tank (that we were told didn’t exist) AND discovered that we probably did NOT have to get a whole new system (which we were told was necessary).
